This is our eastbound crossing: board in Senggigi on Lombok and sail the Flores Sea for four days to Labuan Bajo. On the way you snorkel Kenawa Island and stop at Saleh Bay off Sumbawa — the only one of our two routes with the chance to swim beside whale sharks — before finishing inside Komodo National Park with a ranger-guided dragon trek, Pink Beach and the sunset hike on Padar Island. The boat reaches Labuan Bajo around 4 PM on day four.
Day 1 – Welcome & Kenawa Island
- Meet-up in Senggigi: fresh fruit, coffee & tea
- Welcome briefing and boarding the boat
- First destination: Kenawa Island
- Relax on the beach or hike the small hill for sunset views
- Overnight on the boat
Day 2 – Whale Sharks at Saleh Bay (Sumbawa)
- Morning cruise to Saleh Bay, famous for whale sharks
- Jump in and snorkel with these gentle giants (gear provided)
- Spend the day soaking up this unique natural experience
- Overnight at sea
Day 3 – Komodo Dragons, Pink Beach & Padar Island
- Arrive at Komodo Island
- Guided walk with a local ranger to spot the famous Komodo dragons
- Afterward, relax and swim at the stunning Pink Beach
- Evening hike to the top of Padar Island for a panoramic sunset view
- Overnight on board
Day 4 – Manjarite & Kelor Island → Labuan Bajo
- Morning snorkel at Manjarite Island
- Final stop: Kelor Island for one last dip in paradise
- Arrival in Labuan Bajo in the afternoon (~ 4 PM)

Where and when do we meet?
In Senggigi by 9:00 AM — the boat leaves around 9:30 AM. For this departure we also offer pick-up from Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Kuta; see the pickup page.
Which days does this route depart?
Standard boats leave every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; the luxury boat departs on Wednesdays.
Will I see whale sharks?
Sightings are a wild encounter and can never be guaranteed, but we time our stop at Saleh Bay for the best possible chance. Only this Lombok departure includes the whale shark stop — the Flores route snorkels with manta rays instead.
When do we arrive in Labuan Bajo?
Around 4 PM on day four. Arrival can shift with sea conditions, so we recommend booking onward flights for the next day.
